It’s more than a motto, it’s our mission and one that St. Luke's engages with passion. Our congregation deepens faith through many different outlets including worship. We have a variety of small group studies and outreach opportunities for adults, Vacation Bible School and Musicamp for children, and a very active youth group. These are just a few of the ways we love others as ourselves and that we love God with our hearts, minds, souls, and bodies.

OUR BELIEFS

We believe the church belongs to God and that the church is, in the words of the Apostle Paul, the body of Christ. The church is to be the physical presence of Christ in the world. As such, our primary aim is to fulfill the Great Commandment of loving God and loving others. At St. Luke's, we are Christians who are excited to be part of the United Methodist Church, the second largest Protestant denomination in America. United Methodists are known for our emphasis on a personal faith, lived out in concrete ways in the world. At St. Luke's we value well-informed and passionate preaching, vibrant music, and small groups where people can grow in their faith.
